We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and experience working with financial technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications to support various fintech services.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs promptly.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in the fintech industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
