Key Responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to a large-scale, enterprise-grade software product.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Follow coding standards, write unit tests, and document your work.
Required Skill Set
- Strong programming fundamentals in Core Java
- Frontend experience with JSP, AJAX, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript
- Backend development using Spring Boot or Struts2
- ORM and database interaction using Hibernate and SQL
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL Server
- Experience writing unit tests using JUnit
