NA is Looking for:

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain microservices in Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres, ensuring they’re reliable, scalable, and performant

Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices, get fast feedback, and level up quickly

Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to ship features from idea → implementation → production in days, not months

Write clean, well-tested code (JUnit, CI/CD pipelines) and own it all the way to production

Constantly learn and improve—explore new frameworks, tools, and cloud-native approaches to make development faster and smarter

Take ownership: deliver work on time, test thoroughly, and know when to ask for help after giving it your best shot

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience building REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot

Strong SQL Skills (Postgres Preferred)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS a plus)

Comfortable writing test cases with JUnit for high coverage

Bonus: exposure to data engineering or analytics tech stacks

Problem solver with strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn fast

Brownie Points

Experience in fast-paced startups or building SaaS products

Hands-on with AWS, DevOps tools, or scripting languages

Curiosity about AI and how it can change the way we build software
