The Work You'll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate must possess strong backend development capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and solid exposure to Spring ecosystem frameworks. If you are passionate about building robust, scalable applications and enjoy working in a high-performance environment, we would love to meet you.

More Specifically, You Will

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with industry-standard best practices.
• Integrate and optimize application performance with MySQL and optionally MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using standard Java libraries and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help improve code quality.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, security, and performance optimization.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong command over Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL; experience with MongoDB is an added advantage.
• Understanding of basic AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, SQS etc.).
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Java-related libraries such as:
• Jackson
• IText
• CSV libraries
• AWS Java SDK
• Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Devin AI is a added advantage.
• Experience with developer tools like Postman, Jira, MySQL/SQL Developer, MongoDB 3T Studio, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A continuous learner with a passion for backend development.
