Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java and J2EE platforms, along with strong expertise in the Spring Boot framework. This role requires proficiency in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications using Spring Boot and J2EE.
• Design and implement scalable and secure solutions while ensuring high performance.
• Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase to manage and process large data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver robust software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions to ensure best practices are followed.
• Optimize application performance by implementing best coding practices and design patterns.
• Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation for developed features.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Java and J2EE platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java development with expertise in Java and J2EE platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
