Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, along with expertise in messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and caching technologies like Redis. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models.
• Optimize performance using Redis caching and other caching strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience with Redis for caching and improving application performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
