Job Description:

ArrowMinds is hiring a Java Lead Developer with strong experience in building scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Architect and implement Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 10–12 years of experience in Java Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
