- A growth mindset and commitment to self-development, demonstrated through professional or academic achievements.
- Experience developing with Magnolia, Java, GraphQL and React in a full-stack environment. Experience building responsive web applications that consume and interact with backend service APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience working with or contributing to open-source projects is an advantage. Exposure to Magnolia CMS and/or Next.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
