Java Lead Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong Java development background (knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript/Python is a bonus).
• Proficiency with build tools (Maven or Gradle) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines is a plus).
• Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Belgium 2–3 times per year for collaboration.
