Work Locations – Bengaluru / Chennai (these are Hybrid roles)

Multiple Levels -

• Level III – 6+ years
• Level IV – 8+ years

What You’ll Do:

• Design and Develop: Build robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern databases.
• Design, develop, and optimize microservices and APIs that power mission-critical fintech applications.
• Work with large-scale relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Build distributed systems that handle high transaction volumes with low latency.
• Implement unit testing (JUnit, TestNG), integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) best practices.
• Deploy and manage services in AWS/GCP environments, optimizing for security, scalability, and resilience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve system design, development processes, and coding standards.
• Take ownership of services, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize real-time systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in developing large-scale applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to build high-traffic, low-latency backend services designed for scalability.
• Strong expertise in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL/modern database technologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Core Java, OOPs, Spring Boot, SQL
• Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate
• Strong understanding of relational databases like Oracle/PostgreSQL
• Experience with TDD, JUnit, TestNG
• Experience developing RESTful and GraphQL Web Services (a plus)
• Exposure to building scalable, production-grade microservices and API-based platforms
• Deep understanding of object-oriented principles, data-intensive applications, and microservices architecture
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
