We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our high-performing engineering team in Madurai to build scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms.
  
  Role Overview As a Java Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies. You will mentor a team of developers, ensure best practices in coding and DevOps, and contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical architecture, design discussions, and development using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure using best DevOps practices.
  Drive development with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
  Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards.
  Optimize application performance and scalability with tools and profiling methods.
  Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and take full ownership of deliverables.
  
  Required Skills & Expertise:
  Strong expertise in Core Java 8+, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, and Concurrency
  Deep hands-on knowledge in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud
  Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, OpenAPI / Swagger
  Strong experience in Microservices architecture and patterns (e.g., service discovery, fault tolerance, API gateway)
  Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or Azure (App Services, CosmosDB, AKS) Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines
  Experience with Build Tools: Maven, Gradle Proficient in DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm (preferred), Terraform (bonus) Strong in SQL/NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  Experience with Unit Testing & Mocking Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito Familiar with Monitoring & Logging tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch Good understanding of design patterns, clean code practices, and performance tuning
  
  Additional Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ for messaging Experience in Reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor) Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC Familiarity with API security & OAuth2 Knowledge of SonarQube, Snyk or static code analysis tools
