JavaScript Developer (Low-code)

We are seeking a highly skilled JavaScript Developer (Low-Code) with a strong interest in the finance and regulatory domain to join our team. In this role, you will leverage a low-code platform, OUTSCALE App Studio, to build and deliver high-quality applications specifically designed to meet the needs of finance and regulatory environments. You will be responsible for building end-to-end applications that align with strict compliance, security, and functionality requirements, using the platform’s components and services to develop intuitive workflows and robust business logic. Role Description & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy low-code applications using OUTSCALE App Studio, with a focus on finance and regulatory requirements.

• Understand domain-specific business requirements, compliance needs, and translate them into effective low-code applications.

• Build user-friendly, compliant interfaces and workflows tailored to finance and regulatory standards.

• Implement and manage data flows, business logic, and automated processes within the low-code platform,

• Build applications which adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that applications meet high standards of quality, security, and compliance.

• Implement and maintain unit, integration, and acceptance tests

• Collaborate with User Experience teams to design a clean, consistent user interface

• Collaborate with Software Architects to deliver modular software components

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure software quality

Use your understanding to develop software that delivers best-in-class user experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• 4 - 6 years of experience in software development or low code apps development

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of programming concepts, databases, schemas, and APIs; knowledge of client-server architecture plus.
• Strong object-oriented language fundamentals, such as Javascript, along with web services API end points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially regarding data security, privacy, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into accessible, effective application solutions.
• Strong understanding of application design principles, user experience, and business process automation in financial or regulatory environments.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team environment.
