Javascript Developer (Standard) (225-725)

Job Description

As a Javascript Developer, you will join our dynamic development team to design, implement, and maintain front-end components for various web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring these applications are robust, scalable, and efficient, mostly by leveraging the latest Javascript frameworks and libraries. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and responsive web experiences. You should be passionate about learning new technologies and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to code quality and performance. Your role will also involve problem-solving and critical thinking, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality JavaScript code for web applications.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive applications.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability on various devices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs with practical implementations.
• Maintain code integrity and organization for large-scale applications.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic seamlessly and efficiently.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues to improve user experience and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and apply them within the scope of your projects.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.
• Facilitate client feedback sessions to improve the overall user experience.
• Work with product management and technical leads to define technical specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the development processes and workflow.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Javascript Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript ES6 and familiarity with newer specifications.
• Experienced in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of RESTful services and AJAX-based request handling.
• Good knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and performance.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in teams.
