JD of AI Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on designing, fine-tuning, and implementing AI models for various applications, including natural language processing (NLP), chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models.
• Define the AI strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end AI project life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Manage the AI team’s resources, budget, and timelines.
• Communicate AI project progress and insights into executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, and Transformer models.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language
  processing.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Ability to deploy AI models in cloud-based and edge environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical.
