Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js and TypeScript
who has built and shipped real-world applications. You will own end-to-end features from
frontend and backend development to deployment, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript
• Build backend API’s using python and create basic RAG pipelines
• Design and implement backend APIs and server-side logic (Node.js, API routes,
Server Actions)
• Implement authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, NextAuth,
session handling)
• Dockerize applications for local development and production deployments
• Apply security best practices across the stack (secure auth flows, secrets
management, API protection, role-based access control)
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and ORMs
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership to ship high-impact features
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and performance optimization

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript
• Experience building production systems with authentication and access control
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Strong understanding of web security best practices (OWASP basics, secure API
design, token handling)
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Prisma / Drizzle ORM
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to performance monitoring and logging
• Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy platform
