Job Title: Business Analyst – Fresher

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst Fresher for a leading IT software company. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing documentation, and coordinating with clients and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Prepare reports, documentation, and functional specifications
- Coordinate with development and testing teams
- Analyze data and support project execution
- Assist in process improvement and client communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BBA, or related field
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and documentation
- MS Excel and presentation skills preferred
