We are looking for a skilled Jr. Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, assess technical options, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-impact IT solutions that support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define detailed functional and technical requirements
• Translate business requirements into system specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with software developers, QA testers, and IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals
• Perform data analysis and system evaluation to support decision-making and solution design
• Lead or support system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and migrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives)
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis between current and future state systems
• Assist in creating user documentation, training materials, and conducting end-user training
• Support UAT by creating test plans, coordinating testing efforts, and validating results
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the SDLC

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar IT-focused role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel
• Experience with system analysis, process mapping, data modeling, and documentation
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certification
• Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL), cloud platforms, and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM)
• Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms
• Experience in domains such as eCommerce, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
