Jr. Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Jr. Full Stack Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress development, front-end and back-end technologies, and have a strong understanding of website performance, security, and customization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop website architecture, build new features, and maintain existing WordPress sites.
• Build custom WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types from scratch.
• Ensure all websites are fully responsive and compatible across browsers.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and back-end development using PHP.
• Design and manage website back-end functions, including database and server integration. Experience with AWS, WP Engine, and Cloudflare is a plus.
• Analyze website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall technical stability and high performance.
• Experience with Google AdSense and similar advertising platforms.
• Ability to work with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools, etc.
• Preferably worked on e-commerce platforms, magazine, or news media websites for 3+ years.
• Maintain website security through regular updates, backups, and best practices.
• Optimize website speed and SEO for better search engine visibility.
• Keep up with the latest trends and tools in web development and apply them proactively.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and team members.
• Work in a collaborative and solution-oriented development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred - Experience in WordPress Development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience in WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with Git/version control and website deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
