Job Purpose: As an Jr. IT Executive - Administration, you will be crucial in managing the IT department and handling HR administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure while ensuring the organization's smooth functioning of technology-related operations.
Job Duties:
Information Technology Responsibilities:
● Oversee asset management, including computers, laptops, printers, and servers.
● Manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
● Perform routine firewall, server, and system backups and restores.
● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
● Practice server asset management and maintain inventory.
Administration and HR-Related Responsibilities:
● Manage Google admin console and Google Workspace.
● Coordinate Google Meet, Hangouts, and other communication platforms.
● Utilize tools like Google Drive, Sheets, Documents, and Forms for documentation.
● Configure and set up new systems, laptops, printers, and scanners.
● Manage Quick Heal endpoint security and antivirus software.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
● Diploma in Computer Engineering
Certifications:
● Hardware Networking
● CCNA
Knowledge:
● In-depth knowledge of operating systems.
● Familiarity with hardware components.
● Problem-solving and administration skills.
● Networking fundamentals.
Experience:
● 2-3 years of relevant experience.
