Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated PHP Developer with around 1 year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP and related web technologies, and a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Around 1 year of professional experience working with PHP.
- Good knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony (any one is a plus).
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
