Overview
We are a software engineering company, and our core product is a fully online, enterprise-grade business software that functions as both an ERP and CRM. Built on our own PHP-based MVC framework, this platform is designed to be modular, scalable, and highly customizable. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Jr. UI/UX Developer who is enthusiastic about modern web technologies and skilled in designing clean, user centric interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between UI and core logic.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Ensure UI components are responsive and optimized for different screen sizes.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across different browsers and devices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for enhancing user experience
- Participate in UX reviews and testing to continuously improve the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX development for web applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new tools, trends, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
