Overview
We're looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Tester with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in automation testing. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining automated
test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript or TypeScript. Your work will directly support
product quality, working closely with QA, development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain E2E test automation using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Build and enhance test automation frameworks (POM, data-driven).
Create and manage test plans, scenarios, and cases for functional, regression, and
integration testing.
Perform manual and automated testing, including API testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality.
Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and track issues using Jira.
Conduct cross-browser testing and support UI/UX testing efforts.
Maintain test data and support CI/CD integration for continuous testing.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year years of experience in Playwright automation testing
(JavaScript/TypeScript).
Hands-on knowledge of manual testing, POM, and data-driven frameworks.
Experience with API testing and functional testing.
Strong skills in XPath, CSS selectors, and DOM handling.
Solid understanding of testing principles and best practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to
addressing challenges.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other testing frameworks and unit testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or
similar.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Playwright Tester, your roles and responsibilities will encompass:
Leading and executing end-to-end (E2E) testing strategies using the Playwright
framework to ensure application robustness.
Collaborating closely with development teams to understand project requirements and
design effective testing strategies.
Utilizing your expertise in Playwright and related tools to build comprehensive test suites
that cover various use cases.
Contributing to the creation, writing, extending, and maintaining automated E2E test
scripts for continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
