Innova Solutions is looking for a skilled data analyst with strong expertise in IBM SPSS, SQL, and Python to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze structured and semi-structured data using IBM SPSS for statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
2. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from relational databases
3. Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data cleaning, analysis, and automation
4. Develop reports, dashboards, and data summaries for business stakeholders
5. Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support strategic decisions
6. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across sources
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
8. Support ad-hoc data analysis and ongoing reporting needs

Other Requirements:

A. Required skills & qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

2. Strong hands-on experience with IBM SPSS

3. Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance optimization)

4. Experience using Python for data analysis and scripting

5. Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, probability, hypothesis testing)

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

B. Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

2. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes

3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
