As a junior data analyst at NxtWave, you will
- Work alongside business teams by assisting them in providing data and analysis.

- Become a key stakeholder in the transformation journeys of thousands of users.
- Assist stakeholders by fulfilling their data and reporting requirements.
- Prepare spreadsheets and summaries for quick decision-making.
- Build simple dashboards and charts to help track performance.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and follow quality control practices.
- Coordinate regularly with senior data analysts to align on tasks.
- Process confidential data responsibly and in accordance with establishedaccording to guidelines.
- Learn and adapt quickly to emerging analytics tools and techniques.
- Contribute to identifying better ways to collect or structure data.
- Maintain alignment with the company's vision and mission.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for quick data analysis and summaries.
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio or other BI tools.
- Strong focus on attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL (BigQuery) is preferred.
- Willingness to learn tools like DBT, Python, or basic stats.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to summarize findings.
