Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to support and improve our CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and enhance the reliability of our systems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Help manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and maintain system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Support configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Participate in deploying applications, ensuring smooth and stable releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and support infrastructure needs.
- Assist in maintaining version control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for processes and configurations.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Understanding of version control systems (preferably Git).
- Interest in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Catalyst by Zoho and PaaS.
- Enthusiastic about automation, scalability, and system reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus).
