About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the existing codebase.
2. Assist in understanding, debugging, and improving existing application modules.
3. Implement small enhancements, optimizations, and bug fixes under the guidance of senior developers.
4. Follow best coding practices, documentation standards, and version control workflows.
5. Actively participating in brainstorming and product improvement discussions.
6. Collaborate with the development and product team to discuss ideas for improving features, workflows, and user experience.
7. Share inputs during team meetings, sprint discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
8. Learn how real-world product decisions are made by balancing technical feasibility and business requirements.
9. Researching and assisting in feature implementation and execution.
10. Explore possible technical approaches, libraries, frameworks, or tools required for new features.
11. Analyze existing implementations or similar products to suggest efficient solutions.
12. Assist in implementing researched features, testing them, and refining them based on feedback.
