Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to support our Information Security Governance Manager in maintaining and expanding our compliance programs, with a primary focus on ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management) and ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management). These certifications are essential to our ability to maintain client trust, meet regulatory obligations, and qualify for public sector bids.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to support our Information Security Governance Manager in maintaining and expanding our compliance programs, with a primary focus on ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management) and ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management). Your Impact On The Mission
- Assist in maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) documentation.
- Support risk assessment, treatment, and reporting activities.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance tasks and remediation actions across departments.
- Coordinate evidence collection for internal and external audits.
- Track and report on security awareness training completion.
- Help maintain policy, procedure, and control documents to align with ISO requirements.
- Participate in incident reporting and business continuity testing.
- Maintain logs and registers (e.g., risk register, non-conformities, corrective actions).
- Support the development of KPIs and dashboards for governance reporting.
What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance.
- Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and/or ISO 22301 principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes or compliance tools (e.g., Vanta, One Trust, Confluence, etc.)
- Internship or previous experience in an information security, risk, or IT support role.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) is a plus.
