About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide support and monitoring for our critical production applications.
2. Provide operational monitoring and initial response and triaging of all issues for applications.
3. Handle incoming support tickets and provide timely and effective communication to customers.
4. Perform an initial investigation to resolve issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
5. Act as a point of contact for customers in production and assist with onboarding, triaging, coordinating deployments with customers and internal DrinkPrime teams.
6. Troubleshooting and solving technical issues and defects. On-call rotation for monitoring and resolving alerts and production issues.
7. Handle incoming tickets, provides timely updates and assists with QA for bug fixes.
8. Proactively look for opportunities to address technical or process gaps.
As a 7 days a week function, support team requires engineers to work on one of the weekends.
Requirements:
BE/BTech, MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.
Problem solving skills and experience in basic troubleshooting of APIs using Postman 1 years of experience in SQL/MySQL is preferred.
Experience in Java is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud applications is desirable.
