Junior Python Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to develop various components of

the e-commerce platform.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to

understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Develop and maintain back-end services that power core e-commerce features,

including product catalogue, user management, and order processing.

● Utilize your strong problem-solving skills and logic to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize

existing applications.

● Assist in integrating third-party services, APIs, and data sources to enhance platform

functionality.

● Stay updated with industry best practices and technology trends to continually improve

development practices.

● Test and deploy applications, ensuring quality and scalability across platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on

logic and problem-solving.

● Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Python programming language and basic

experience with frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus. Knowledge of front-end

technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is required.

● E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways,

product catalogue, and order systems.

● Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; ability to approach

complex problems with a structured and efficient mindset.

● Database Skills: Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), and experience in

writing queries.

● Version Control: Familiarity with Git for source code management.

● Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of

development.

Nice to Have:

● Exposure to RESTful APIs and web services.

● Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
