We are looking for someone who ensures that nothing goes live without proper quality validation.

About the Role:

You will act as the quality safety net for our Tech pillar, responsible for testing websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, dashboards, and AI-powered tools before they are delivered to clients.

This role combines traditional QA fundamentals with modern AI-assisted testing workflows, including test case generation, automation support, and regression detection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test websites, web applications, and digital products across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance.
2. Design, document, and execute detailed test cases for manual and automated testing workflows.
3. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate test scenarios, edge cases, and exploratory testing checklists.
4. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
5. Develop basic automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, leveraging AI tools where applicable.
6. Validate key functionalities, including forms, payment flows, WhatsApp/email integrations, and AI chatbot responses.
7. Log clear, reproducible bug reports and track issues through to resolution.
8. Verify Core Web Vitals, accessibility basics, and cross-browser compatibility before deployment.

1. What We’re Looking For:
2. 1. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test cases, bug lifecycle, and types of testing such as regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
3. 2. Hands-on experience with at least one automation testing tool such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
4. 3. Comfortable using Postman for API testing and validation.
5. 4. Proficiency in using AI tools to draft test cases, generate scripts, and analyze logs, with the ability to demonstrate practical usage during interviews.
6. 5. Strong attention to detail with a mindset for identifying edge cases and breaking systems intentionally to uncover issues.
7. 6. Good written communication skills for creating clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports.
8. Bonus Points:
9. 1. Basic knowledge of JavaScript (highly beneficial for automation tasks).
10. 2. Exposure to Git/GitHub workflows.
11. 3. ISTQB Foundation certification or any formal software testing certification.
12. 4. Experience testing AI/LLM-powered features such as chatbots or recommendation systems.
13. 5. Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, or BrowserStack for debugging and testing.
