Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will assist in testing web and mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of websites, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Participate in regression, integration, and system testing.
• Support the QA team in creating and maintaining documentation.
• Continuously learn and improve testing techniques and tools.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and SDLC/STLC.
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to automation tools (like Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
• Internship or training in software testing is a bonus.
