Junior React Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to develop user interface components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality products
• Stay updated with the latest React and front-end development trends

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience in React.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices
