Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
3. Implement backend logic using Python and integrate with databases.
4. Manage and optimize data using MySQL.
5. Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
6. Build, test, and deploy applications using Docker.
7. Support customization and integration of ERP applications on Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
8. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
9. Document technical processes, workflows, and project configurations.

4. Solid understanding of Python (data structures, functions, exceptions, file handling).

5. Understanding of MySQL queries, CRUD operations, and database management.

6. Basic knowledge of Docker for application deployment.
