About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain features for One Horizon's AI-powered productivity platform, starting with Slack integrations and web dashboards.
2. Collaborate with the team to define product requirements, propose solutions, and implement fast, iterative improvements.
3. Work directly with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI GPT 4, Claude, etc.) to create intelligent automation for developer workflows.
4. Contribute to internal tooling and scripts that save the team time and reduce repetitive tasks.
5. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality releases.
6. Experiment with new technologies, libraries, or frameworks that improve our product or developer experience.
7. Document your work clearly so teammates can build on it from features to automation scripts.
8. Bring creative ideas to improve team productivity, workflow automation, or even small fun side projects (like parody standup videos).
