Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer (Python/React) for a full-time, on-site role at our Pune office. The responsibilities for this role include developing, testing, and deploying features for our AI-powered SaaS platform. The engineer will work on front-end (React) and back-end (Python) development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features seamlessly, and address technical challenges. Additional tasks involve maintaining code quality, debugging, and contributing to continuous improvements in functionality and efficiency within an agile development environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using frameworks and technologies like Python and React.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and best coding practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or knowledge of SaaS applications is an added advantage.
