Role - Junior Software Tester
Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing on web and mobile applications.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure software quality.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams clearly and concisely.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and QA meetings.
- Learn and implement testing tools and best practices as needed.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare reports on test results.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with manual testing; exposure to automation tools like Selenium is a plus.
- Understanding of bug tracking tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
