About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in building and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and basic frameworks if required).
2. Implement responsive designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
3. Update website content, layouts, and features as per briefs.
4. Fix bugs and troubleshoot front-end and basic back-end issues.
5. Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar.
6. Upload and format content, images, and product listings.
7. Install and configure themes and plugins.
8. Perform basic site customizations.
9. Convert UI designs (Figma/Adobe XD/Canva) into functional web pages.
10. Ensure consistent branding and layout accuracy.
11. Improve usability and page load performance.
12. Test websites across browsers and devices.
13. Identify errors, broken links, and layout issues.
14. Optimize images and basic on-page SEO elements.
15. Support website speed optimization.
16. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and project managers.
17. Attend virtual meetings and provide progress updates.
18. Follow project timelines and task boards (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
19. Perform routine site checks and backups.
20. Update plugins, themes, and basic security patches.
21. Assist in website migration or hosting setup (basic level).
22. Stay updated with new web trends and tools.
23. Learn new frameworks, plugins, or CMS features as required.
24. Implement feedback and improve coding practices.

2. can work from 10:30 am - 8:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 6:30 pm Gulf Standard Time)

Salary:

₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
