What You'll Do

As a Fresher Web Developer at Banttech, you’ll:

• Work alongside experienced developers to create responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Learn and implement the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Contribute to live projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to solve real-world challenges.
• Hone your skills with continuous mentorship and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: B.Tech graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (2023/2024 passouts preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with frameworks like React, Node, or Laravel is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Passion for Coding: You love solving problems and have a strong desire to build amazing products.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
