Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving technologies such as Golang, Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving technologies such as Golang, Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions using Golang and/or Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.
- Lead the development of cloud-based applications and services on the AWS platform.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best Have Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in atleast one of the following Backend Technologies :
- Golang
- Python
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on Cloud.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- AWS certification.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS with a focus on Serverless architecture and Lambda functions.
- Experience in Golang and/or Python.
- Knowledge of Frontend Technologies such as React
