Overview
Position: L1 Network Engineer
Location: Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Salary: ₹15,600/- in hand for 6 Months after 18 - 19K Per Month
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate supports first-level technical support, monitor systems, and assist in troubleshooting IT/network issues
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor systems and report incidents using ticketing tools.
Assist in basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
Maintain system logs and documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
