The Missing Link is looking for an experienced and talented L2 IT Engineer to join our growing team!

THE ROLE

Exciting career opportunity for a motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer who is ready to take their technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Support Engineering team. To be successful in this role you are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional 'service experience'. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can demonstrate the ability to analyse complex challenges to identify and implement a solution. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Superior knowledge of

• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
• MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Active Directory & Entra ID
• Windows Server 2022 +
• Windows 10/11 and Office Suite

• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a large team
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP
• Relevant bachelor's degree level qualification
• Certifications for the technologies listed above
• MacOS knowledge
• Hypervisor (VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Veeam Backup and Replication
• Email Security (Mimecast etc.)
• NextGen Endpoint Protection
• Microsoft Azure Intune
• Patch Management Tools
