Laravel Technical Lead

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend systems (Laravel).
2. Build robust RESTful APIs; integrate with Next.js/React.js frontends.
3. Mentor junior developers and review code.
4. Optimize performance (caching, queues, background jobs).
5. Collaborate with product/UI teams.
6. Integrate third-party services (payments, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
7. Lead deployments and monitoring (preferably AWS).
8. Drive process improvement and best practices.

Other Requirements:

1. Startup experience: Only candidates who have worked at startups will be considered.

2. Familiarity with Next.js/React.js, Redis, job queues, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and TDD.

3. Interest in AI/ML and SaaS architectures.
