As a member of the Baker Hughes Commercial IT team, the Lead - Software Engineer will be responsible for to provide technical design solutions to core Job Center processes across the complete set of IT Tools on SFDC, integrating with diff applications, SAP and other tools. This role will be responsible for delivering solution design and development activities while working closely with Product Owners, SCRUM Masters, Architects, SPOC, BA/QA and developer(s)Providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
As a Lead- Software Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Working closely with Pod Architects, Functional Team to architect technology solutions to meet business needs and ensuring the software product is leveraged appropriately and solution is easy to maintain and meets best practices.
- This is lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, contributing in creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
- Innovating and driving development of software products around the Salesforce.com technologies. Writing unit and integration tests to ensure those features never break
- Leading by guiding the team of developers in ensuring thoughtful and technically enriched solutions as part of new and existing development by implementing best practices, drive quality of enterprise solutions
- Collaborating, Developing, maintaining and owning design & development with in-depth knowledge of the core salesforce platform framework/blueprint, by developing peer, cross-functional relationships to maximize best practices sharing to enhance team effectiveness
- Managing daily activities, issue resolution and communication across entire project team including functional and IT teams

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 13+ years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes.
- Have 2+ years of experience on providing technical design solutions on Force.com with a focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
- Have solid knowledge of SOQL, SFDC certification in Apex Programming/Administrations is a must.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APIs, Webservices, Lightning Aura Components
- Hands-on experience in LWC and sales force integrations
- Have the ability to guide the team of developers and also work on critical requirement development
- Have strong software knowledge with 12 + years of experience in design and development on SFDC platform
- Be familiar with methods and techniques of structured reviews.
- Have effective oral expression and written expression, easy contact, adaptable, can foster team spirit.
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Have excellent Planning and organizational skills.
- Have excellent communicator and team player.
- Have experience working in Agile development environment.
