Role Overview:

Agnito Technologies is hiring aLead Android Developer to lead the design and development of high-performance, secure Android applications for fintech and enterprise clients. If you're passionate about Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and secure mobile architecture, this is your chance to lead cutting-edge mobile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable and secure Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Architect and implement features following the MVVM design pattern
• Integrate biometric authentication and manage secure data storage for compliance-ready apps
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance in financial-grade mobile applications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Android development, with strong Kotlin expertise
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and modern Android architecture
• Experience with biometric authentication, encrypted storage, and app security
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Proven track record of delivering stable, secure, and high-performance apps
• Prior experience building apps for banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus
