Our team is looking for a Lead Business Analyst for one of our clients.

Our Client is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The Project is a proprietary Customer research platform that leverages GenAI to extract insights from one of the world’s largest transcript libraries of expert interviews (owned by Customer’s Private Capital practice). It enables consultants to rapidly access industry expertise, surface key trends, and generate tailored market research reports. In addition to AI-powered search and conversational interfaces, the platform supports on-demand report generation layered with supplemental data sources to support due diligence, investment theses, and client development.

The objective of this initiative is to transition the Interview Platform engineering function to a hybrid operating model that allows the internal Customer’s team to focus on strategic innovation, prototyping, and architectural oversight, while a vendor takes ownership of production-grade execution. This includes handling backlog execution, technical documentation, codebase hardening, and production releases.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead comprehensive business analysis and architecture activities: map and optimize client business processes, define target operating models, and align IT solutions with business strategy.
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements elicitation, and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Define and implement frameworks for process optimization, digital transformation, and delivery models tailored to client needs.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance, prepare reports, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks to ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge base for the product or business area, ensuring documentation, best practices, and lessons learned are systematically captured and updated.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Minimum 8 years in one of the following: business analysis, business architecture, product management, or project/delivery management within IT/software development or outsourcing companies.
• At least 4 years leading one of digital transformation, process optimization, or delivery model design initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years managing teams or departments with P&L, budget or KPI responsibility.
• Advanced skills in business process modeling and optimization (BPMN, process decomposition, re-engineering).
• Expertise with business architecture frameworks and tools (Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Portfolio Canvas, Value Chain Analysis, RACI, Roadmaps, Risk Management).
• Experience designing and implementing delivery frameworks and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Familiarity with IT-business strategy integration, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and automation technologies is a plus.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Availability for daily overlap of at least 3 hours with EST time zone (7:30–10:30 AM EST).
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person workshops in Gurgaon (e.g., 2-week onboarding session).
