Own technical delivery, lead design and code quality, and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirement analysis and lead solution design.
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards.
• Ensure implementation of TDD practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in architectural discussions.
• Drive risk mitigation and technical documentation efforts.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Windows application development using C++ and MFC.
• Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, IPC, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit/integration testing and Agile practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and DICOM (preferred).
