Your role
As a senior data engineer with Capgemini, you will be involved to enable cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytic solutions that are faster, easier to use, flexible and scalable based on requirements by leveraging Python, Pandas, Snowflake skills as well as providing technical leadership to enable data-driven insights quickly and securely.

As a senior data engineer with Capgemini, you will be involved to enable cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytic solutions that are faster, easier to use, flexible and scalable based on requirements by leveraging Python, Pandas, Snowflake skills as well as providing technical leadership to enable data-driven insights quickly and securely.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Using your knowledge of Python, Pandas, Snowflake data platform to enable data processing, and developing analytic solutions by ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
- Implementing and enabling data-driven insights quickly and securely.
- Guiding the team//'s decisions on architecture and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.
Your profile
- Leveraging your extensive experience in programming languages like Python for developing optimized data processing solutions.
- Strong experience of Pandas for data analysis and manipulation and troubleshooting issues in data migration, storage and processing.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, cloud-based data warehouse platform for storing, analyzing, and sharing large volumes of data by ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance, and enabling data-driven insights quickly and securely.
- Strong experience of Git, a distributed version control system for tracking changes in the source code for efficient source code management.
- Experience with Argo Workflows, an open-source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes.
- Understanding of pytest framework would be helpful to write small, readable tests, and can scale to support complex functional testing.
- Familiarity with SonarQube, an open-source platform for continuous inspection of code quality, performing automatic reviews with static analysis to detect bugs and code smells.
