About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1 - Lead the design and deployment of machine learning models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, lifetime value estimation, and recommendation systems.
2 - Analyze large-scale customer data to identify behavioral trends, preferences, and actionable insights.
3 - Build and optimize recommendation engines using collaborative, content-based, and hybrid approaches.
4 - Develop and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns powered by predictive analytics and personalization strategies.
5 - Operationalize machine learning workflows using Azure MLOps, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
6 - Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
7 - Integrate machine learning models into real-time systems using Azure Functions, Event Grid, and API Management.
8 - Present analytical insights and model performance outcomes to stakeholders through Power BI dashboards and storytelling techniques.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:
1 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
2 - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data science, focusing on customer analytics and personalization.
3 - Proficiency in Python, SQL, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
4 - Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Cognitive Services.
5 - Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines, or DVC.
6 - Familiarity with Snowflake or equivalent data warehousing platforms.
7 - Preferred experience in the airline, travel, or retail industry.
8 - Preferred certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, MLflow or DVC certification.
