About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sr Lead DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python and solid knowledge of CI/CD, branching and merging strategies. You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to build automation workflows, streamline deployments, and enhance software delivery processes.

Technical Skills:

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices, tools, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting languages such as Bash/Shell.
• Proficiency of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management.

Technical Exposure

• Cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes if relevant).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible if applicable).
• Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK optional add).
• Hands-On Expertise Be actively involved in technical problem-solving, debugging, and
• deployments not just high-level oversight.
• Collaborate closely with team members on automation, infrastructure, and CI/CD
• implementation.
• Deploy and manage observability stacks Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager (PGA),
• VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry, Tempo, Loki, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for service reliability and performance.
• Implement alerting and incident management frameworks to ensure proactive detection
• and resolution.

• Ability to interact directly with stakeholders and articulate solutions clearly
• Confident, proactive, and independent in handling projects
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

Project Engagements

• Engage directly with clients (onsite/in-person) to understand business challenges, gather.
• Represent the team during technical pre-sales calls, understanding new client problems
• statements and proposing feasible, high-impact DevOps solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
