Lead DevOps Engineer

About the Role: Our client is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with 8+ years in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to spearhead their infrastructure and automation initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available systems. This role demands strong leadership in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing container orchestration, and driving Infrastructure as Code practices.

We're seeking a hands-on leader for a full-time, 5-days-a-week Work From Office (WFO) role in either Mumbai or Hyderabad with our esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes in production environments.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Utilize Helm for packaging and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement configuration management solutions with tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Drive cloud infrastructure provisioning and management on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure system health and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes and accelerate deployments.
